Disaster Zone?

So the guy at the storage unit gave us an extra week free to get our stuff out so we wouldn't have to pay for the whole month. Great, but we really needed 2 weeks, but never look a gift horse in the mouth. It always gets worse before it gets better. Uhhhh I am running out of ridiculous sayings. Basically for the next three days while we wait for the counter tops to get installed we are living in a storage locker/house. What fun. I swore I would never move again and yet this looks incredibly like the same kind of work. Oh well.

New room with windows framed and Eddie's beloved TV. View to the porch is a might bit scary but that to will get uncluttered once we have the dishwasher hooked up.

New kitchen cupboards with the crown molding.

The couch did make it into the room first but was followed with in seconds by the TV. Everything was dropped to mount it on the wall.

Well Ed and Joe are down at the storage locker getting one more load for today. I think I am going to go take a nap. Baby Rory has been very busy today and has worn me out.

Love Nikki

Boy what a huge space you are going to have once the dust settles and things find a home...it is beautiful. The front porch looks really great with the new room.

You be careful and don't over work yourself. Good work...it won't be long now.

Whoa, Ed, you have a TV in the kitchen now?!!???? That's super high-tech and cool. Now all you have to do is keep those recliners in there and you are set!:-)

Nicole, I hope clean up goes well and is fun for you guys. Sometimes it can be rewarding to reorganize everything. I am sure my brother "the organizer" will enjoy it!!

XOXOXO
Andrea

PS: More Joey pics!!!

Bummer about the stuff, but AWESOME space. I seriously can't wait to see it and watch the big tv. I counted wrong the last time...it's more than 97 days, but I will see you soon!
